Jim Adan & Associates Online Sales Policy

Jim Adan & Associates will accept returns for defective product only. 

We stand by our merchandise and will replace defective items purchased from our online store. 

You must contact us before returning your product to obtain an RA number from us.  Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted. 

Return requests must be made within 7 days of the record date of your receipt of shipment as per the tracking record kept by the shipper. 

Absent a specific stipulation to the contrary, Jim Adan & Associates does not manufacture, inventory, ship, or otherwise handle product. 

The originating vendor's determination of whether the product was defective due to faulty manufacturing or your use will govern the outcome of your return process. 

Refunds will not be issued unless we are unable to ship a replacement within 30 days of our receipt of your replacement request.
